Twenty-One

Ingredients: 3+players, beer.

No props needed in this drinking game making it one of the most popular around.

The aim of the game is to go from number 1 through to 21. The game starts in a clockwise direction and each player can say 1,2 or 3 numbers at a time.

If a player says 1 number, the game continues in a clockwise direction. If 2 numbers are called, the direction of play is reversed. And finally, if 3 numbers are called, play automatically skips the next player.

The player that is trapped into saying '21' has to finish their drink. Any mistakes, either speaking out of turn or not responding quickly enough leads to a 2-finger forfeit.

To spice the game up, the player that says '21' can invent a new rule for the next round. For example, instead of saying '11' players have to nod their heads once, without actually saying '11'.
